On the 2-nd of January 2009 the President of Ukraine Victor Yushenko has signed the Law of Ukraine regarding "The adoption of changes into the Law of Ukraine "On mutual funds (share and corporate investment funds)". The changes for the Law have been approved by the Ukrainian Supreme Council on the 18th of December 2008.
