Outsourcing of asset (reserves) management

Company remuneration consists of two parts:

1. Management fee (charged monthly): up to 2% (on annualized basis) from average daily portfolio volume.

2. Success fee (charged annually): up to15% from extra profit which exceeds benchmark return.

Investment consulting

Fee of the company is a fixed amount and is set separately for each contract.
